Fixed ball valve features

2. Reliable sealing performance: PTFE single material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel seat, and a spring is set at the end of the metal seat to ensure sufficient pre-tightening force of the sealing ring.

When the sealing surface of the valve is worn in the process of use, the valve continues to ensure good sealing performance under the action of the spring.

3. Fireproof structure: in order to prevent the ptfe sealing ring from burning out due to sudden heat or fire, causing great leakage, which may fuel the fire, fire proof sealing ring is arranged between the ball and the seat.

When the sealing ring burns down, under the action of spring force, the valve seat sealing ring will be pushed to the ball quickly, forming a metal and metal seal, playing a certain degree of sealing effect. The fire resistance test conforms to APl6FA and APl607 standard.

4. Automatic pressure relief function: when the media pressure in the valve cavity stagnates abnormally and exceeds the pre-tightening force of the spring, the seat steps back from the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief and the seat automatically returns after pressure relief.
